All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax ( VA T). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order , we will honour the original price, unless the original price shown was inadvertently miss-stated.
Ordering and stock availability
Our stock volumes have been integrated within the e-commerce functionality , therefore you can order safe in the knowledge that your order can be fulfilled within the same day . As the site does not allow ordering of items that are nil stock or are awaiting manufacture.
Whilst every effort is made to show each item as a true representation, due to photographic lighting the shades may differ slightly to those shown.
Whilst the majority of people are happy to use the secure online facility provided by PayPal we appreciate that there are still some who may not wish to use such a service. Should you wish to place an order , you may use the following methods of payment

together with your Name, Address, and E-mail. Please state clearly the piece of furniture required & its colour, not forgetting to include the standard postage and packing charge applicable, currently £16.
Our aim is to dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving your order , should you wish to cancel an order please contact us. Please note that orders already dispatch will come under our current returns policy.

UK and international copyright laws protect all content of this site. It cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, redistributed, modified, displayed or performed without prior consent of N.P.Horrocks,. Person(s) or companies found in breach of these conditions will be prosecuted.
A standard rate of £16 per piece of furniture is added to all UK orders. European orders are charged at a rate of £40.00 per item. Please contact us should you require a delivery charge out of the European union.
Delivery with the United Kingdom
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared
payment. We currently use Parcelforce's 48 hour premium service this
service allows both ourselvrs & our customer to track a item & inform
us all
of its anticipated arrival.. Orders placed over the
weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note a signature will be required upon receipt of the
parcel.
Overseas Delivery
We use Royal Mail Parcelforce for all our International orders; their aim is to
deliver within the following timescales.
• Europe 7-10 Days following day of dispatch
• Worldwide 10 Days following the day of dispatch.
Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
Duty
No duty applies to goods shipped within the European Union.
Outside the European Union any duty and customs that may become
applicable are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office
for further information.

Our Returns Policy
We have an established and proven customer care program, Mylittlechair wishes
each and every child to be happy with his or her purchase, with this
in mind our returns policy is simple
The “MyLittleChair guarantee”
If for any reason you are unhappy with the furniture you have purchased,
just return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days (21 days
if overseas) and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s).
This does not include the cost of the original delivery charge. We
are not however able to provide refunds to items that have been returned
used, soiled or that have had the Health & Safety certificate tag removed.
All the goods dispatched are checked prior to dispatch however in the
unlikely event the goods received are damaged or are not in accordance
with those ordered, We will pay for the cost of returning the goods.
Please contact our customer care team who will advise you on how to
proceed.
If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a returns
number - you can do this by contacting us
We cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorization.
The returns number must be clearly marked on the front of the package you are sending back to us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a courier such as Royal Mail Parcel force, & that it is insured against loss, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
